16,662 cases of coronavirus in Germany and 47 deaths
The latest statistics of the German Robert Koch Virus Research Institute reported today, Saturday, that the number of new cases of Corona virus infection (Covid-19) in the country has increased by 2705 to reach 16662 cases.
According to the German News Agency (dpa), the institute explained that the death toll from the disease reached 47 cases.
In the same context, the German government has reported its intention to set a supplementary budget for 2020, and plans to implement the emergency rule in the debt reduction policy, which will enable it to borrow more than is permitted during the response to the Corona crisis.
