TOKYO: Japanese police near Tokyo arrested suspect Masae Sakurai for a horrific domestic assault case. The suspect allegedly targeted her housemate during a violent household dispute.
The victim, aged 42, endured a painful, shocking ordeal in Koga city. The suspect became angry over a dispute before initiating the sudden physical attack.
Following the assault, the injured woman successfully managed to flee the home. She ran directly into a nearby shop and held up a paper note reading ‘please help me’.
Ibaraki prefectural police officially arrested Sakurai on Monday. Local senior police official Makoto Hiyama confirmed that investigators are currently processing the entire scene.
Authorities are checking unconfirmed information that a third individual lived at the residence. This unusual domestic assault has deeply shocked and alarmed the entire local community there right now.
