71 Steak & Grill Launches UAE Flag-Inspired Float Menu for Eid Al Etihad

Dubai — Adding a creative twist to this year’s Eid Al Etihad celebrations, 71 Steak & Grill has announced a special collaboration with Miva Flavour House, unveiling a limited-edition Float Menu inspired by the colours and values of the UAE flag. Available from November 30 to December 5, the menu offers diners a unique and patriotic way to mark the UAE’s 54th National Day.

The Float Menu features four handcrafted creations, each reflecting a colour of the UAE flag and paired with a symbolic national value.

• Red Raspberry Cola Float – A blend of raspberry sorbet and cola, honouring courage, strength, and the sacrifices made to safeguard the nation.

• Green Yuzu Garden Float – Made with celery, green mint, and yuzu butter sorbet in lemon soda, symbolising prosperity, growth, and the fertile land that supports the country’s future.

• White Lemongrass Ginger Ale Float – A refreshing mix of lemongrass sorbet topped with ginger ale, representing peace, purity, and honesty.

• Black Sesame Midnight Float – An inventive combination of black sesame sorbet with cola and cocoa syrup, embodying resilience and the UAE’s spirit of perseverance.
