Takaud and Manama Club team up for new colours
The Manama Club Basketball team celebrated the partnership with Takaud with the handover of team jersey’s with the company logo on for the 2015-16 Basketball season.
Takaud CEO Luc Metivier handed over the jerseys to Zuhair Kazerooni, President of Manama Club at its premises in Juffair attended by Manama Club board members, TAKAUD management and club members and supporters.
Manama Club basketball team have won the National League title 19 times, including the last three seasons consecutively.
“It is our mission to raise our game, continue to dominate basketball courts of the Kingdom and the GCC, and eventually become the number one professional basketball team in the Arab world. We shall be wearing the Takaud logo as we achieve this. We hope to inspire a new generation of players to become the professional athletes of the future,” said Kazerooni.
“This occasion is a momentous day for us, a day to celebrate our partnership with a premier Bahraini sports team that boasts a track record of excellence, who are superb ambassadors for our brand and a fitting emblem of our message of financial health and fitness for the people of Bahrain and wish Manama Club every success for this season,” said Metivier.
