BOC holds seminar on anti-doping

Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) have organised an anti-doping awareness seminar for players at Al Ma’ameer Club aged between eight and 16 years old, which was presented by anti-doping specialist Zaynab Anwar and attended by some 30 players from the club and aimed to spread awareness on the dangers of doping.
Zaynab said that there are several banned substances, which could significantly have bad influence on the performance of the athlete during competition and also bring several diseases to the human body.
