The Equal Opportunities Committee at the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club organised an awareness workshop titled “The Race Begins Here”, attended by a number of the club’s employees.
The session was delivered by Dr. Nabil Taha, who led an interactive lecture on self-motivation, goal setting, and mental and professional preparation for success, while highlighting the importance of equal opportunities in modern workplace.
