The Bahrain Tennis Federation’s women’s training programme has entered its fifth edition, with sessions now underway at the Isa Town courts during evening hours. The program features six training groups, structured according to skill level and performance. Since its launch in August, the initiative has trained over 230 women in the fundamentals of tennis.
Jamila Al-Nashaba, board member and head of the Women’s Committee at the Bahrain Tennis Federation, emphasized the programme’s role in encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle. The current edition will run until February 16, with participants attending two-hour sessions per week over eight classes.
