EDB set for the first-ever “GCC PropTech Time 2019”

The Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB) in partnership with HexGn is gearing up for the first GCC PropTech Time summit on Tuesday. The event is being sponsored by Diyar Al Muharraq with the support of RICS, JLL, and Arabnet as partners. The event will bring together leading experts in the real estate and proptech sector for a day-long symposium on technology adoption in real estate – the opportunities and the challenges.

Participants from 20 different countries from the different pillars of the real estate sector: the government, developers, occupiers, investors, and technology are expected to attend this event. The event will also see the release of HexGn’s research report highlighting the readiness of the industry segments for technology adoption, and bridge the gap by comprehensively communicating the need of the real estate and the proptech industry to develop a tech-enabled sector in the future.
