Al Baraka Islamic Bank Signs MoU with Edamah

Edamah (Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company), the real estate arm of Mumtalakat Holding Company (Mumtalakat) and Al Baraka Islamic Bank, one of the leading Islamic banks in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during the activities of Cityscape Bahrain 2025.

This partnership enables Al Baraka Islamic Bank’s customers to benefit from Sharia-compliant real estate financing options to own residential units within the “Tivoli Residences” development at Bilaj Al Jazayer, one of Bahrain’s most prominent new waterfront destinations. The agreement offers prospective homeowners competitive financing packages and flexible repayment options, in line with the Bank’s approved real estate financing standards.

The signing of this MoU comes as part of Al Baraka Islamic Bank’s ongoing commitment to developing innovative financial solutions that meet customer needs and provide an integrated banking experience. It also aims to strengthen institutional partnerships that support the real estate sector and contribute to offering high-quality housing solutions that align with Bahrain’s urban development and future growth plans.
