Riyadh Air Secures 11 Global Deals at ATM Dubai

Riyadh Air has signed 11 new memoranda of understanding (MOUs) with key travel partners during its participation at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) in Dubai, expanding its sales and distribution reach to over 125 countries.

The airline stated that the agreements aim to strengthen its brand visibility and support the promotion of its flight services in advance of its maiden voyage.

“These agreements reinforce Riyadh Air’s determination to be a truly global airline and push the boundaries of travel for our guests,” said Osamah Alnuaiser, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Riyadh Air. He added that the airline is “carefully selecting companies and entities as partners” for the next phase of its journey.

Partners named include DNATA, Discover the World Momentum, Aviareps, and Satguru Representation Services. According to the airline, these partnerships are focused on building sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships to provide high-quality travel experiences across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Australasia, and Africa.

The airline also announced a deal with Loyalty Juggernaut, Inc., which will power its upcoming customer loyalty programme. Built on the GRAVTY platform, the system will feature real-time engagement, AI-based personalisation, dynamic earning and redemption features, and a seamless mobile-first interface.

Riyadh Air further strengthened its digital strategy by signing agreements with global travel technology providers Amadeus, Sabre, TPConnects, Verteil Technologies, and Air Retailer. These deals are set to support the airline’s focus on modern retailing, dynamic pricing, and global access through scalable technology.
