Four Seasons beat K Hotel

Four Seasons edged out  K Hotel by one wicket in the latest round of matches of the Fourth Inter-Hotel Charity Cricket Tournament, 2015 at the Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel and Spa recreation area.
Batting first, K Hotel were dismissed for 39 in 5.3 overs with Shahid (9 off 4 deliveries, 1x6) top scoring and man of the match Vipin (two for four) the best of the bowlers.
Four Seasons in reply reached the target scoring 40 for five in 5.4 overs with Manesh (12 off 10, 1x6) and Vipin (9 off 9) the main scorers and Shyam (one for six) the best of the bowlers.
Ritz-Carlton A beat Majestic Arjaan by Rotana by 18 runs and have qualified for the quarter finals after scoring 76 for four in six overs, thanks to a fine knock by man of the match Ramesh (39 off 14, 3x4, 3x6, supported by Lukman (10 not out off three, 1x6, with Jamal (one for four) the best of the bowlers.
Majestic Arjaan were restricted to 58 for three in six overs despite good resistance by Umar (34 off 20 balls 4x6) and Nagesh (14 off 13 balls 1x6), while Naeem (two for four) returned the best bowling figures.
All matches start from 6pm on a daily basis with the group matches concluding today, with the quarter finals set for Sunday and the semi-finals and finals on Monday.
All proceeds from the tournament are being donated to the 2015 official charity partner, the Hope Institute.
