His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, has instructed the allocation of 5,000 new housing units, in line with HM King Hamad’s directive to deliver 40,000 housing units across Bahrain and prioritise development projects that contribute to improved living standards for citizens. The Crown Prince made the announcement as he visited the majlises of the Bin Hindi family, Shaikh Adel Al Maawdah, Bin Daina and Alaraifi families, and Ebrahim Al Shaikh. His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman Al Khalifa accompanied His Royal Highness during the visits. The Crown Prince highlighted the importance of urban planning to the development of Bahrain’s infrastructure, noting its central role in maximising resources to ensure infrastructure growth is comprehensive, sustainable and meets economic requirements.
