CBB raises interest rates
Manama : The Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) yesterday raised its key interest rates. CBB’s key policy interest rate on the one-week deposit facility has been raised from 1.25 per cent to 1.50pc.
The CBB has also decided to increase the overnight deposit rate from 1.00pc to 1.25pc and adjust both the one-month deposit rate from 1.75pc to 2.15pc and the lending rate from 3.00pc to 3.25pc.
