Manama : Fans will have a chance to meet their favourite Formula 1 drivers at an autograph session today at the 2016 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix.

 The signings will take place between 12.30pm and 1.30pm. It will be held at BIC’s Formula 1 Village vending area, right next to the Main Stage.

All 22 of Formula 1 star drivers will be on hand, making the best chance for fans to meet their racing idols and take photographs with them.

Avicii set for an epic live performance 

Global megastar, artist and producer Avicii will be performing live tonight as part of the weekend’s off-track entertainment.

The concert will be Avicii’s last in the GCC Region, and one of his final ever, as he earlier this week announced his retirement from touring at the end of 2016.

Avicii is a two-time Grammy-nominated star artist and producer, who has enjoyed a number of hits across the world with tracks such as “Wake Me Up” and “Hey Brother”.

His show is scheduled after Formula 1 Qualifying. All those with tickets to the Bahrain Grand Prix will be able to attend the concert without any extra charge.

A Main Grandstand ticket costs BD150, while a Batelco Grandstand ticket is BD120. A ticket to the Turn One Grandstand is BD100, and tickets to the University and Victory Grandstands are BD60 apiece.

 Children aged three to 12 years old can get tickets for half the price, while entry is free of charge for those two years old and below. 

School students aged 13 to 17 years old can get a 25 per cent discount.  University students can get 10pc off, while senior citizens aged 60 and above along with people with special needs can get 25pc discount.
