HRH Prince Salman highlights Fellowship Program’s success in advancing government performance

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, yesterday emphasised that the Prime Minister’s Fellowship Program represents a significant national milestone in advancing government performance.
He made the remarks while attending a ceremony marking the 10th anniversary of the Prime Minister’s Fellowship Program.
His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court, along with several senior officials, were also in attendance at the ceremony.
HRH Prince Salman underlined that investing in Bahraini citizens and expanding their opportunities remains central to achieving national success and strengthening the Kingdom’s competitiveness under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
He stressed that building national capabilities is a top priority for the government of Bahrain, praising the dedication and professionalism of the government workforce.
Vision and directives
During the ceremony, HH Shaikh Isa delivered a speech in which he affirmed that the vision and directives of HRH Prince Salman form the foundation of the distinguished Program.
“The Prime Minister’s Fellowship Program is built on the clear vision and guidance of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister,” HH Shaikh Isa said.
He added: “The Program plays a vital role in preparing national leaders with advanced research, analysis and decision-making skills through intensive training at the Prime Minister’s Office.”
Excellence
HH Shaikh Isa noted that “the achievements of the Program’s graduates clearly reflect the ambitious vision of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, with fellows demonstrating excellence across various government workstreams.”
His Highness highlighted that graduates have made meaningful contributions to enhancing institutional performance, becoming role models of dedication, achievement and ambition across the public sector.
He stressed that their success underscores the effectiveness of the Program in nurturing capable national leaders equipped to implement key initiatives and projects.
