New Update to Government Employee App

The Civil Service Bureau, in cooperation with the Information & eGovernment Authority, has launched a new update to the Government Employee application. The update introduces a new feature that allows government employees to view their performance evaluation results in detail for the past three years.

The Bureau highlighted that the service is part of ongoing digital transformation efforts aimed at enhancing transparency, motivating employees to improve performance, and streamlining access to essential data. Users can now review their annual evaluation records and download detailed reports in PDF format.

In addition to this new feature, the app also provides a range of other services, including access to attendance and departure records with options to apply for late arrival or early departure permits, as well as an administrative reporting service that enables both employees and non-employees to file reports directly to relevant government authorities.

The Civil Service Bureau emphasized that the selection of these new services was based on accurate criteria aligned with employees’ needs, making the application one of its main digital service platforms. The app contributes to reducing paperwork, improving efficiency, and ensuring quicker access to information.

With its user-friendly interface and instant notifications, the Government Employee app represents a significant step forward in enhancing the quality of government services, saving employees’ time and effort while strengthening the culture of digital governance in Bahrain.
