Baity platform crosses 14,000 property listings

Listings on the Baity housing app have passed 14,000, a new Eskan Bank report shows, with villas drawing most searches.
Covering May to August, the report puts the average land price at about BD102,000, the average house price at around BD130,000, and the average apartment price at BD65,000.
Baity has roughly 38,000 users and total views have crossed one million. More than 60 local real estate firms now list their stock on the app.
Prices per square foot vary by governorate. Muharraq averaged BD30 per ft² across 1,570 plots.
The Capital and the Northern each averaged BD29 per ft² across 1,300 and 4,380 plots, while the Southern stood at BD 24 per ft² across 1,016 plots.
Search behaviour leans towards villas at 60 per cent, followed by plots at 37 per cent and apartments at 3 per cent. Askar was the most searched area, followed by Diyar Al Muharraq, Hamala, Al Lawzi, Riffa, Juffair, Hidd, Arad, Sadad and Buri.
Baity was launched by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning with Eskan Bank and several funding banks.
