Bahrain Extends Condolences to Portugal Over Funicular Accident
The Kingdom of Bahrain has expressed its condolences and solidarity with Portugal after the tragic derailment of the Glória funicular railway in Lisbon, which left several people dead and injured.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs conveyed Bahrain’s deep sympathy to the government and people of Portugal, offering heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims.
The ministry also wished a swift recovery for all those injured in the accident, describing the incident as a painful tragedy.
