Modern Traveler Services Company (VEGA), a travel concierge services company with its global headquarters in Dubai, opened its first outlet in Bahrain yesterday.

Najeb Yacob Alhamer, Chairman of Al Ayam Group, inaugurated the new centre in the presence of Adel Kanoo, prominent businessman of the Kingdom and Mohaammed Nass, CEO of Bahrain Floor Mills, along with VEGA senior officials.

Speaking on the occasion, Alhamer said that it was really good news to citizens and residents that a professional company was offering visa assistance and documentation services in Bahrain.

“Visa Application process is a complex procedure for many countries, as the rules and requirements frequently change. I am sure the expertise and process knowledge of VEGA will definitely ease this. Moreover, service at doorsteps will be a very convenient option,” he added.

Harris Moosa, Global Business Head of VEGA, explained about the plans to expand the organisation.

“While spreading it wings to newer geographies, VEGA Business Development team is constantly researching to add more products and service lines to support the travellers. For VEGA, a satisfied customer is the best business strategy of all. We will pursue our efforts for excellence in process enhancement to make the visa application a smooth and hassle-free experience to its customers,” he said.

The new outlet of VEGA, fully owned subsidiary of Tasheel Modern Support Services Company, is located at 18th Floor, Diplomatic Commercial Office Tower, next to Diplomat Radisson Hotel in Diplomatic Area, Manama.
