India is the third world destination for the championship since its international launch, under the directives of HH Shaikh Khalid Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, Honourary President of the Bahrain Mixed Martial Arts Federation (BMMAF) and founder of the Khalid Bin Hamad Mixed Martial Arts Organisation (KHK MMA), to introduce the championship which was launched from Bahrain, as an international championship with participation from professional fighters from across the world.
