One-stop crossing at King Fahad Causeway will be delayed

Manama: The one-stop crossing at the King Fahad Causeway which was planned to start from March 6, will be delayed due to some technical issues. This was revealed at a coordination meeting held to discuss the steps required to implement the one-stop crossing on the Causeway . The meeting highlighted the implementation of the one-stop crossing planned to be enforced on the private lane. It was also highlighted that the process was in its final stages. 

Chaired by Customs President Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa and Assistant Undersecretary for Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs Shaikh Ahmed bin Isa Al Khalifa, the meeting discussed the views of the authorities concerned that highlighted their technical preparedness while waiting for the technical team to exchange information.
