Dubai: Residents in Dubai are now able to enjoy a range of discounts and benefits by inviting friends and family from abroad to visit the emirate, under a new tourism initiative aimed at boosting visitor numbers during the summer season.

The ‘A Dubai Invite’ project enables citizens to invite foreign guests and receive awards worth more than AED 3,000 (about $816). The benefits include discounts and special offers on hotels, restaurants, tourist attractions, and other activities in Dubai.

The program aims to inspire citizens to serve as ambassadors for the city by asking others in their personal networks to visit Dubai. Visitors who arrive during the campaign period, which runs from July 20 to October 31, 2026, can assist their hosts unlock a variety of exceptional advantages.

The idea comes as Dubai continues to market itself as a year-round tourism destination, with summer advertising providing offers and activities to both international visitors and natives.
