LAS VEGAS: Leading the charge for global music dominance, BTS made history again as they were crowned Artist of the Year at the American Music Awards. The South Korean septet secured the evening's most prestigious honor for the second time, solidifying their status as a global powerhouse.

This victory follows their groundbreaking 2021 win, when they became the first Asian act to ever claim the title in the ceremony's history.

BTS triumphed over a field of industry heavyweights, including Adele, Taylor Swift, and Harry Styles, proving the immense and lasting influence of K-pop in the Western market. Beyond the night's top prize, the group also collected trophies for Favorite Pop Duo or Group and the newly inaugurated Favorite K-pop Artist category.

Their continued success at the AMAs reflects a definitive shift in the global music landscape. By securing this double-victory, BTS has effectively moved beyond regional stardom to become the defining act of modern pop music.
