Taylor Swift makes Forbes Power Women List
Shake off the haters - if you didn't already know, Taylor Swift is a big deal.
The 25-year-old singer with bags of Style, has made the Forbes list of the world's most powerful women.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel is top of the pile, above Michelle Obama, Hilary Clinton, Beyonce and Sofia Vergara.
But Taylor has come in at number 64 in the list of 100. Her first time. Not bad. Not bad at all.
What has made her so powerful? Well, she's filled a Blank Space in music for her millions of Swifties, turning heartache into lyrical gold with catchy-stick-in-your-head tunes.
She even invites some round to her place and cooks them dinner.
Earlier this month she picked up the most number of Billboard awards (eight) since it started, ever, trademarked her lyrics like "this sick beat", oh, and did we mention she's the first artist to ever have sold three million albums in one week?
She's also a savvy business woman. Remember when she pulled her entire back catalogue from Spotify? Or when she bought up porn sites bearing her name?
Tay Tay recently broke Vevo records with the video for her single Bad Blood, which got 20.1 million views in 24 hours.
But according to the magazine, it's not all about the vocals for Taylor. Tay Tay donated five figures to the New York City Department of Education from sales of Welcome to New York, and says as long as the track keeps selling she'll keep donating.
Born in 1989, the star is rarely seen without "Red lip classic", but has topped the album charts in the UK twice.
She also made Elle magazine's women of the year and was in Time magazine's 100 most powerful people list.
She owns cats, her bffs read like a who's who in the celebrity world and she's showed she's more than a pretty face.
Let's not forget she killed it at Radio 1's Big Weekend in Norwich. Taylor Swift everyone.
