All eyes on Lisbon for Champions League finale

Berlin

The coronavirus has forced changes to the European football calendar, with the Champions League to be completed in a one-legged format from the quarter-finals in Portugal's capital Lisbon. The games are played August 12-23 behind closed doors and amid a strict safety and hygiene protocol.

For the first time - and the only time, according to UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin - the winner will be crowned after an eight-team mini tournament with one-legged knock-out games - with extra-time and penalties if needed - in one city over 12 days.
