Qasim Al-Radhi Joins Qadsia Saudi Club as Youth Development Coach

National coach Qasim Al‑Radhi, who specializes in youth football development, has joined Qadsia Saudi Club. The move reflects growing confidence in national coaching talent and their role in building football foundations using modern training methods.

Al-Radhi brings nearly seven years of experience from football academies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, where he worked on identifying, developing, and preparing young players for the professional level through structured and scientific programs.

In 2025, he earned the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) A coaching license, strengthening his profile as one of the promising coaches in youth development. He began his coaching career at the age of 19, showing early commitment and a modern approach that combines theory with practical application.

At Qadsia Saudi Club, Al-Radhi is known for designing training programs suited to different age groups. His ideas have received positive support from the club’s technical and administrative teams due to their clear impact on improving youth performance.

Since joining the club in Khobar three months ago, he has quickly adapted to the professional environment and introduced several initiatives that were welcomed by club management. The strong institutional support and resources available to the youth sector have helped ensure steady and sustainable development.

Qadsia Saudi Club’s youth program currently includes around 1,700 players training under modern scientific systems. Last season, about 50 talented players were promoted, highlighting the club’s focus on long-term development.

Al-Radhi’s appointment highlights the importance of investing in national coaching talent as a key pillar in building a strong and sustainable future for football.
