Small Vessel office handles over 2,000 transactions in two months

The Small Vessel Registration Office processed 2,175 transactions in January and February 2026, with activity declining in February. January recorded 1,216 transactions, falling to 959 in February.
Driving licence services made up the largest share in both months, followed by boat registrations and vessel inspections.
The office also handled ownership transfers, certificate updates, jet ski registrations, number plate issuance, and deregistrations. Despite the overall drop in activity, number plate issuance and jet ski registrations increased slightly in February.
