Zoho Corporation, a global technology leader with over 100 million users worldwide, has announced the launch of its latest AI innovations—Zia Agents, Agent Studio, and Agent Marketplace—across the MENA region, marking a significant advancement in enterprise AI solutions. The rollout will extend to key markets including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar.

These new AI-driven tools are designed to enhance automation and decision-making capabilities for businesses, leveraging Agentic AI—a specialised form of artificial intelligence that enables digital agents to autonomously complete complex tasks with minimal human intervention.
