Mumtalakat names new board for Danat
Manama : Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company (Mumtalakat), the sovereign wealth fund of the Kingdom, announced the appointment of the board of directors at Bahrain Institute for Pearls and Gemstones (DANAT).
Chaired by Yaser Abduljalil Alsharifi, the new board of directors at DANAT comprises: Rashad Redha Faraj, Amal Ishaq AlKooheji, Yusuf Abdulrahman Fakhro, Nouf Abdulrahman Jamsheer, Mohamed Abdulrazaq Shirazi, Danielle Pasquarelli Algosaibi, Khalid Mohammad Matar and Latifa Yousuf Salahuddin.
Commenting on the move, Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of Mumtalakat said, “The new Board members bring with them deep industry knowledge, strengthening the DANAT management team’s ability to successfully execute the Institute’s strategy and ensure global impact.”
