Housemaid arrested in Bahrain for robbery
Manama : A housemaid of African origin has been arrested for robbery at her employer’s house in the Capital Governorate.
Capital Governorate Police General Director Colonel Khalid Al Thawadi confirmed that the arrest came within few hours of reporting the case.
He explained in a statement that the woman stole BD15, 000 from the house of her sponsor through the assistance of other suspects of the same nationality.
Colonel Al Thawadi said that the police received a case of robbery and an investigation led to identifying and arresting the suspects.
