Gulf Air Flight returns after take-off
Manama : A Gulf Air flight departed from Bahrain International Airport had to return minutes after the take off yesterday, the airline said yesterday.
The Dubai-bound GF506 flight returned to the airport 21 minutes after take off. This was due to the flight’s First Officer being unwell, the airline said. On arrival at the airport, the officer was attended by medical staff and the airline made arrangements to utilize the service of another First Officer. The flight departed at 15:18 local time with a delay of 1 hour 18 minutes, the airline said apologising for the inconvenience to its passengers.
