Head of Family and Child Prosecution appointed
Manama : Public Prosecutor Dr. Ali bin Fadhl Al Buainain has issued an edict appointing General Advocate Ameena Isa as Head of Family and Child Prosecution.
The General Advocate has jurisdiction to investigate into complaints and reports of domestic violence and take the necessary measures prescribed under to the law to ensure the protection of the victims as well as to deal with juvenile and children-related cases.
