HM King appoints undersecretary at Ministry of Oil

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree (59) of 2025, appointing an Undersecretary at the Ministry of Oil and Environment, based on the proposal of the Minister of Oil and Environment and following the approval of the Cabinet.
Ezz Ahmed Al Mannai, Director of Policies and Strategic Planning at the Ministry of Oil and Environment, shall be appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil and Environment.
The Minister of Oil and Environment shall implement this decree, which shall come into effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
