Be wary of fake car tinting accounts online!

Fake accounts posing as car window tinting businesses are spreading across social media, the Interior Ministry’s General Directorate of Anti-Corruption and Economic and Electronic Security has warned.
These pages claim to offer low prices and quick service, but the directorate said their real aim is to cheat people out of their money.
Members of the public were urged to be wary of such offers and to avoid transferring funds without first checking that the business has a commercial registration and a verifiable premises.
Caution
The directorate cautioned that the images and promises used in these adverts are deceptive and intended to trap victims.
The ministry body said it continues to watch and trace such practices, with legal action being taken against those responsible.
It added that care and awareness in the community form the first barrier against online fraud.
