BCCI to strengthen ties with Bangladesh

Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) Chairman Khaled Almoayyed alongside First Vice-Chair Othman Alrayes yesterday received Bangladesh Ambassador Major General K.M. Mominur Rahman at the Chamber’s premise.
The meeting mulled ways to further exploit business and investment opportunities and forge partnerships. Almoayyed commended the trade volume between both countries, which amounted to US$5.6 million for the first quarter of 2015 according to Bahrain CIO, and expressed keenness on encouraging further trade and investment activities. The ambassador expressed enthusiasm to encourage collaboration between both sides, stressing on the features of the Bangladeshi economy and the privileges offered to investors.
