HM King orders new mosque for Bahrain
Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa ordered the construction of the King Hamad Mosque in Muharraq that will reflect the magnificent Islamic tolerance, the Bahraini people's rich diversity and the Kingdom's status throughout history and oriental and occidental civilisations.
During the latest visit of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan it was agreed that Turkey will send a delegation of architects to Bahrain to oversee the design of the mosque which will reflect the deep-rooted ties between the two brotherly peoples and Turkey's aesthetic Islamic cultural heritage.
