Indian School student dragged for 1.5 meter by school bus
An Indian School student was badly injured after being dragged for nearly 1.5 meters on the road when he was getting out of the school bus in Oman.
The Class III student, at the Indian School in Seeb, was dragged by the bus for 1.5 meters after he fell down accidentally and got entangled with his bag, reported local Arabic daily Shabiba.
Victim’s brother ran to the front and asked the driver, who was unaware of the accident, to stop the bus.
The child suffered fracture in the pelvis and was taken to Khoula Hospital for treatment. A school official said that he was recovering.
The bus, which was taking the child to the hospital, accidentally collided with another vehicle; but no one was injured.
