BBK juniors tennis finals, closing ceremony set at BTC

Under the patronage of BBK CEO Dr Abdulrahman Ali Saif and in celebration of BBK’s 50th year anniversary, the finals and closing ceremony of the 26th BBK Juniors Open Tennis Championship 2022, organised by Bahrain Tennis Club (BTC), are scheduled to take place today at the BTC premises in Juffair.
Starting at 4pm, the matches include the following under-18 boys’ singles final between Ahmed Hossam of Egypt and Ali Darion of Bahrain.
At 5pm, the under-18 girls’ singles final follows between Sophie De Boer from the Netherlands and Eira Corral from the Philippines. Set to be present at the finals and closing ceremonies are BTC president Khamis Al Muqla and other high-ranking officials.
This year the tournament, that began in 1996, is being held for 26th time. This event is extra special, as it celebrates BBK’s 50th anniversary. All tennis enthusiast are invited to attend the tournament’s final day and be a part of the festivities.
