Bahrain's Under-20 side will face Syria twice in early August as the young Reds race to sharpen up before hosting the Asian Cup qualifiers later that month.
The qualifiers will run from August 31 to September 6, with places at the 2027 AFC Under-20 Asian Cup in China on the line.
Bahrain opened their build-up with two home friendlies against Palestine, winning the first 1-0 before falling to a 2-0 defeat in the second.
A third and final match against Palestine was due to be played later yesterday.
The squad will then head to Muscat for a training camp from July 19 to 26, using two matches against Oman to test players and drill the team's plans.
Two games against Syria are expected in the first week of August.
Bahrain will close their preparations with a short camp in Doha from August 20 to 24, where they will play Qatar before turning to the qualifiers.
The young Reds have been drawn in Group D with Jordan, Tajikistan and Afghanistan.
