Nader shines with four wins as Pegasus seals thrilling finale

His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court and Chairman of the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club’s (REHC) High Committee, attended the sixth race of the 2025–2026 horse-racing season, held for the RedX Industries Cups at the club’s racecourse in Al Raffah.

Also present were His Highness Shaikh Hamad bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, His Highness Shaikh Salman bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, a number of Their Highnesses, and representatives of RedX Industries, the official sponsor of the meeting, along with an impressive public turnout. Spectators enjoyed an exciting evening filled with enthusiasm, entertainment, and intense competition among top stable horses, who shared victories across the eight rounds.

The winners of the RedX Cups were crowned during the event.

His Highness Shaikh Hamad received the RedX Cup for the fifth race from Shaikh Ali bin Isa Al Khalifa, Chairman of Redex, after By Line, owned by Al Adiyat Racing, took first place in the fifth round. Shaikh Ali bin Isa Al Khalifa also presented the Redex Cup for the seventh race to the winning owner Abdulla Fawzi Nass, and the eighth-round cup to winning owner Abdulla Al Zari.

Meanwhile, Yusuf Osama Buheji, Chief Executive Officer of the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club, presented the club’s cup to the winning owner Mohammed Khalid Abdulrahim.

The sixth race meeting delivered eight competitive rounds. Tuwaysan 1844 claimed the opening Purebred Arabian race after a tight three-way finish, followed by an upset victory for Maximum Maket. Zill secured the Grade 1 Bahrain-bred cup, while Red Mission Time returned to winning form. Star performer By Line dominated the fifth race with a powerful late surge. Knight extended his winning streak in the sixth round, and filly Burst earned her maiden victory in the seventh. The finale saw Pegasus storm home dramatically, giving jockey Ibrahim Nader his fourth win of the evening.
