Bahrain to stage two nights of racing for Arabian Horse Foundation and Redx Cups

Horse racing enthusiasts in Bahrain are set for two consecutive evenings of action at the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club as the fifth and sixth meetings of the 2025/2026 season take place on November 27 and 28.
The races, held for the Arabian Horse Foundation, Equestrian and Veterinary Services, and Redx Industries Cups, are expected to attract strong participation and keen competition across multiple categories and distances.
Thursday’s programme features nine races for Bahraini-bred and imported horses, including contests over 1,000 to 2,400 metres, with closely matched fields expected to deliver tight finishes.
Several well-known names such as Abiyan, California, Ava Go Go and Zagato are among those entered for the evening’s key races.
The excitement continues on Friday with the sixth race meeting, which includes the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club Cup and Redx Industries Cup. Purebred Arabian, imported and locally bred horses will line up in a series of handicap and class races, highlighting Bahrain’s growing profile on the regional horse racing calendar.
