Royal Golf Club to Host “Tour 10” Golf Championship with Elite Players from Eastern Europe and Central Asia

The Royal Golf Club announced that it will host the Tour 10 Golf Championship from 16 to 19 November 2025, featuring elite amateur golfers from Europe and Central Asia. The event will be held in the presence of H.E. Mrs. Fatima bint Jaafar Al Sairafi, Minister of Culture and Tourism, and marks a significant addition to Bahrain’s growing portfolio of international sporting events.

The organization of this championship reflects the Kingdom of Bahrain’s commitment to promoting sports tourism and enhancing its position as a leading destination for hosting worldclass athletic competitions.

Originating in Russia, Tour 10 is one of the most recognized and active golf series in the region, attracting over 350 participants from Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, and several Central Asian countries. Over the past 18 years, the tournament has earned a distinguished reputation for its professional organization and high level of competition.

On this occasion, Captain Waleed Abdulhameed Al Alawi, Chairman of the Royal Golf Club, expressed his pride in hosting the event, stating:

“The Tour 10 Championship represents an important milestone in the Royal Golf Club’s efforts to attract international tournaments. It underscores the confidence of global sports organizations in Bahrain’s capabilities and highlights the Kingdom’s continued development in the field of sports and tourism. The championship will feature three competitive rounds on the Club’s renowned course, concluding with an official awards ceremony and gala dinner at Raffles Al Areen Resort. The event will also include a comprehensive program of cultural and touristic activities, offering participants the opportunity to experience Bahrain’s rich heritage and hospitality.

Captain Al Alawi affirmed that the Club has taken all necessary measures to ensure the highest standards of readiness.
