Seef Properties Appoints Cinqo Contracting to Execute New Package of Construction Works

Seef Properties has announced signing an agreement with Cinqo Contracting to execute a new package of construction works as part of the comprehensive redevelopment of Seef Mall – Seef District. This is a further step in the implementation of the strategic project, which will revitalise the mall with a modern architectural and commercial identity, reinforcing its position as one of the leading shopping, entertainment, and lifestyle destinations in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The agreement aligns with Seef Properties' strategy to develop its assets and shopping malls according to a long-term vision focused on enhancing visitor experience quality by offering modern facilities that keep pace with the evolution of retail and hospitality sectors, while ensuring operational continuity and seamless service throughout all phases of implementation. Under this agreement, Cinqo Contracting will undertake the construction of a multi-story car park on the southern side of the mall, alongside the development of external elevations and main gates, under the highest engineering and technical standards. This will increase the mall's capacity, improve accessibility and traffic flow, and highlight its new architectural identity.

On this occasion, Mr. Essa Mohamed Najibi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Seef Properties, stated, “The Seef Mall – Seef District redevelopment project is one of the company's most prominent strategic projects, embodying our ongoing commitment to enhancing long-term asset value while solidifying our leadership in the retail and hospitality sectors in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
