BCFC Launches its "Bidaya" 2026 Summer Internship Programme

Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company (BCFC) has launched "Bidaya," its 2026 summer internship programme, welcoming university students and fresh graduates from a number of local and international universities. Running for two months from 1 July 2026, the programme is designed to build participants' practical skills, provide hands-on workplace exposure, and prepare them for entry into the job market.

The programme combines on-the-job training, skills development, and rotations across BCFC's departments, giving participants a comprehensive view of working within the financial services sector and helping to bridge the gap between academic learning and market readiness.

The launch reflects BCFC's ongoing commitment to developing the Kingdom's young talent and supporting national workforce development priorities, reinforcing its role as an active contributor to youth employability within the financial services sector. It also forms part of the Company's People & Culture strategy aimed at building a strong, future-ready talent pipeline.

Commenting on the launch, Mrs. Hanan Al-Ali, Chief People & Culture Officer at Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company, expressed the Company's pride in opening its doors to the Kingdom's brightest young talent through "Bidaya," noting that the programme reflects BCFC's long-term commitment to nurturing local talent and preparing the next generation for meaningful careers in the financial sector.

The initiative aligns with the Company's focus on investing in human capital and empowering national talent, in line with Bahrain's Economic Vision 2030, which emphasises the role of the private sector in building a productive, sustainable economy led by qualified national professionals.
