Al Salam Bank Becomes Lead and Official Banking Partner in Multi-Year Deal

Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), “The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East,” and Al Salam Bank have announced a new multi-year partnership, with Al Salam Bank becoming both a Lead Partner and the Official Banking Partner of the circuit.

The partnership was formalized during a signing ceremony at BIC, attended by BIC Chairman Arif Rahimi, Chief Executive Sheikh Salman bin Isa Al Khalifa, Al Salam Bank Group CEO Rafik Nayed, and senior management from both organisations.

Under the agreement, Al Salam Bank will gain exposure through BIC’s extensive international, regional, and local platform, which hosts over 420 events annually. The bank will have a prominent presence at the circuit, showcasing its brand to millions of fans worldwide, while benefiting from world-class client hospitality during major events.

Al Salam Bank will also feature at the BIC Fan Village, held in the two weeks leading up to the Bahrain Grand Prix. The experience attracts tens of thousands of local and international fans, providing a unique platform for customer engagement. In addition, BIC has appointed Al Salam Bank as its official banking partner, leveraging the bank’s comprehensive financial products and solutions for the circuit’s operations.
