KFH wins ‘Best Employee-Driven Business Change’ Award at HRM Summit 2025

Kuwait Finance House has won the “Best Employee-Driven Business Change” Award at the 17th Annual HRM Summit 2025, awarded by his Excellency Mr. Yousif bin Abdul Hussein Khalaf, Minister of Legal Affairs and Acting Minister of Labor, recently hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain. The award recognises the Bank’s success in promoting innovation and continuous business development through active employee engagement.

This achievement comes as part of KFH’s ongoing efforts to empower its employees to contribute ideas, lead initiatives, and drive change, thereby enhancing service efficiency and the overall customer experience. It also integrates innovation into its corporate culture, which positively and effectively impacts strategic business transformation.

On this occasion, Ms Dana Bukhammas, Group Head of Human Resources, Transformation, and Development at KFH, commented “We are delighted to win this distinguished award, embodying our firm belief that our national workforce is the cornerstone of innovation and institutional development.
