Zain Bahrain, a leading telecommunications and technology provider in the Kingdom, has announced a special initiative to support its employees during the back-to-school season.
For seven working days, all parent employees will be granted two hours of reduced working time per day. They will have the flexibility to either start work two hours later or leave two hours earlier, allowing them to better manage school preparations, drop-offs, and other responsibilities during this important period.
This initiative is part of Zain’s IDE and “Be Well” programs and underscores the company’s unwavering commitment to fostering a healthy work-life balance and cultivating a family-friendly workplace culture. It also reflects the company’s deep understanding of the challenges parents and children face during the first days of school, offering meaningful support that enables employees to be fully present for their children during these important moments.
This step is one of the many ways Zain Bahrain strives to enhance its employees’ experiences and promote a balanced lifestyle.
