Bahrain Duty Free silver sponsor of Airshow 2016

The Supreme Organising Committee of BIAS has announced Bahrain Duty Free as Silver Sponsor of the Heritage Village at the Bahrain International Airshow’s public area. 

A deal to this end was signed by Acting Undersecretary for Civil Aviation Affairs at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications and member of the Supreme Organising Committee for BIAS Ahmed Al Nemah and Bassam Al Wardi, Deputy General Manager of Bahrain Duty Free.

Commenting on the deal, Al Wardi said, “We are pleased and proud to be sponsors of such an important event which has proven to raise the Kingdom’s profile in the international arena and in promoting the aviation industry and our support is an affirmation of the Kingdom’s position as a leading business and aviation hub.”

Bahrain International Airshow, in its fourth edition, will be held under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and under the supervision of HH Shaikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa - HM the King’s Personal Representative and Head of the Supreme Organising Committee of BIAS. The event will be hosted at Sakhir Air Base from January 21 to 23, 2016. The show is organised by the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications and the Royal Bahraini Air Force in association with Farnborough International.
