Shaikh Salman appointed as new President of BASF
Manama : Shaikh Salman bin Abdulla Al Khalifa was appointed the new president of the Bahrain Air Sports Federation (BASF) for the 2017-2020 term, the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) announced.
The decision was issued by HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, and President of the BOC.
Shaikh Nasser also appointed seven other officials to form the new board of directors for the next three years. Other board members are Shaikh Hamad bin Salman Al Khalifa, Mohammed Sabt, Meshari Al Hanafi, Khawla Al Hammadi, Khalid Zayed, Abdulla Ahmed and Nawaf Al Sada.
