Bahrain invests in programs to empower young citizens

The Kingdom of Bahrain is committed to empowering young people of all abilities, Her Excellency Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfiqi, Youth Affairs Minister, has affirmed.
This came as H.E. Tawfiqi received the Micro Art Training Centre team, who won first place in the fine arts category at the Awladna International Forum for Arts of the Gifted, held in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The Minister said that this achievement reflected the creativity and determination of Bahraini youth.
She noted that such accomplishments demonstrate Bahrain’s growing presence on the international cultural stage and the success of national efforts to support inclusion through the arts.
Tawfiqi commended the team for its inspiring performance, adding that nurturing artistic and creative talent, particularly among young people with disabilities, is a key priority for the ministry’s youth development programmes.
Dr. Zainab Swar, Director of Micro Art Training Centre, expressed appreciation for the ministry’s continued encouragement, saying that its support has helped drive the potential of young artists and enabled them to achieve outstanding results that bring pride to Bahrain.
